If one were to be a planet, would the head be the capital?
Update ** I do this a lot, huh? I constantly update a single picture over a few days because I notice one liiiittle thing out of place. Like this time, her dress wasn't colored in entirely! The outlines had white corners and such. I had to redo the dress too, so the curve is slightly different.
Update ** Actually this is a little better. I said I wanted to redraw this but mostly I just wanted a wider resolution. I also missed a spot of shading under her bangs, just a bit but it's fixed. Okay, I think I'm satisfied with this now!
I wanted to try out a close-up. I sorta got lazy with the shading but I also sorta figured there wouldn't be much in the breast area if the light was hitting from above-ish...? I dunno.
I also dedicate this as a birthday gift for masterd987! Where would I be without his fantastic sprites?

So if the head was the capital would it also be the ruler or would she hire someone else to assist her and she would just tell them what the rules are due to being in an immobile status?
